It's kinda funny how a gravid female will tare the enclosure up. My girl pushes her aspen all over the place. She has developed such a personality latetly. Good job on her! Now all you have to do is wait.

Has anyone else experienced this? Almost all of my girls do it, but none have visibly ovulated or anything. They sure are loud at night though; I'll be there trying to sleep and all the snakes are having a grand time rearranging water bowls, banging on the tubs, and making the newspaper crackle really loudly. I've given up on trying to keep my adult females' cages looking nice and neat with the paper.

But man is that girl's belly pink!!! About as pink as my big girl was yesterday, lol. That's a great example of the "pink belly" people talk about when one goes into shed.

I have found my newly adopted female laying like this the past 2 nights . Is this normal ? I thought she was just shedding . Should I be doing anything for her besides leaving her alone of course she is salmon pink too. I'm thinking babies is it possible but omg I'm not ready was gonna wait till next season . She was swollen looking today but not so much now.she is also messing up her newspaper Sorry I am not trying to hijack your post . Hope you get lovely pieds and lots of them .

If she is gravid you should be able to hold her up and after she begins to relax see the eggs.
