I made one with wood, built in flexwatt and plexiglass and it cost me 250. you could probably cut the cost down by $80 by having a wood floor and no flexwatt (mine had a plexiglass floor which is ridiculously expensive)

dont boaphiles come basically plug and play? meaning an included heat source. 200 for those type cages are not bad prices if you take into account after saving 50 bux on supplies you will need to add the time and effort you are going to have to put into building one. Plus, unless you have decent skillz in that area of construction, the quality will blow a homemade enclosure out of the water everytime.

    Are you getting an adult?
