    Who else keeps records?

Does anyone else keep records of your rodent breeding program? I keep note cards with each breeders information on it.

    Name:
    Ear Orientation:
    Color Pattern:
    Identifying Characteristics:
    Gender:
    Sire:
    Dame:
    Other

And when I have a litter born I keep a note card containing:

    Littter Number:
    Sire:
    Dame:
    Number Born:
    Number survived & 1 week:
    Number survived & __ week:
    Number survived & weaning:
    Date Born:

On the birthing tub. I was just wondering if anyone else did stuff like that? I figured since I'm breeding them this kind've information would be beneficial to me in breeding various colors, and weeding out the low producers and bad mothers, etc. I also have the back of the note card to write down additional information such as weight of young, color patterns, male/female ration and etc.
