okay i just looked at the belly of my leopard gecko, and i saw a tiny tiny little dark dot near the middle of his belly. is this impaction? How can i fix it?

and also, i have her on newspaper, and i noticed that her scales on her belly have tiny sighns of ink on them. is this something to worry about?

How old is your gecko? They do have a belly button of sorts after hatching before the area where they were connected to their yolk sack closes completely and heals up. Can you post a photo?

Some ink transfer from newspaper is nothing to worry about. If it bothers you, you can get unprinted newsprint or use paper towels.

It's possible that you are seeing (I believe) it's liver. Leo's bellies are fairly translucent and internal organs can be seen. If it's pretty much right in the center, the color of a bruise and pretty small that would be my guess.
Do try to get a picture though, it could be any number of other things too.

If she's pooping and she's never been on loose substrate then I highly doubt she's impacted; as previously mentioned they are fairly see through, you can actually see eggs develop inside of them when they're pregnant. As also previously said it's probably her liver you are seeing.
