Konza Expo - Manhattan KS.

The Konza Expo will be held here in Manhattan KS on the 6th of September for anyone who is in the area. Here is the link to the website.

Cool. I think it is going to be bigger than the KC show from what I have heard.

Well not sure if we'll be going yet or not. Boyfriend is still thinking about it. Oh and you mentioned the KC show, wasn't sure if you meant the one in Overland Park,KS or the one in Independence, MO? OP/KS is the Kansas City Reptile Show while Indep/MO is with the Kansas City Herpetological Society. They are both having one this month as well. Just an FYI.

I know the one in OP/KS has theirs every other month so it can get a bit confusing when the months go by so quickly like they have been for me.

Ahhh... I knew there was a show in KC last month, just didn't know which one.

If you missed this show, then you missed a very nice one. By lunch time the line was backed up pretty good and their were vendors from all over Kansas, and even out to Wisconsin. A lot of door prizes were given away and a lot of animals were on hand. PetWorld of Lawrence was there (one of my favorite vendors), Mark Miller(first person to breed Moon Glow Boas), House of Scales from KC, the list goes on... I will be at the one in KC tomorrow helping a buddy work a table, but I do not think it will be anything like the one we just had here.

I picked up a female Het Orange Ghost (NERD line) for $50.00 and several female ball pythons for breeders, and a het albino 2YO female Boa from Tim Emerson (PetWorld). One table was all GTP's, which I wish I would have bought one of, but maybe I can pick one up tomorrow.

If any of you are at the KC show tomorrow, look me up. I will be the guy with the flames and skulls tattooed on his forearm wearing a grey 5.11 tactical hat and a brown Waylon Jennings tee shirt.
