    Question Dirty Probe Question LOL

Okay there was no way to word that subject line without just sounding wrong

Does it matter as far as good readings go if the Acurite probe gets substrate stuck on it?

I used that coconut husk stuff at one point to help with humidity and some of it just won't come off of the probe. Is it safe to wipe with water or anything without screwing up the readings?

I'd use a handi-wipe or a baby butt wipe rather than water.

The Acu-rite probes are waterproof, so yes, you should be fine cleaning it off with water.

    Re: Dirty Probe Question LOL

Hey, don't feel bad. If you don't know the answer to a question, ask! Thats what we're here for.

The only reason I know that is because it was on the packaging of my Acu-Rite and I was bored one day so I read the whole thing. lol
