Tub lids
I have a tub to keep my baby bp in and the lid has those handle locks on both sides but the corners are still a little bit loose. My bp today was trying to excape from one of the top corners and his little head got stuck. Are there any clips to get for the corners or is there something I can do so he cant get out or even get hurt trying to?

Re: Tub lids
When I got my baby Shrek, he went off feed so I put him a rubbermaid takealong I think it measured 13X9, it has a snap on lid, he's upgraded to the new 15qt rubbermaid clever store, with locking handles
Check out what's available at

Re: Tub lids
Grab a box of the biggest binder clips you can find. Most department stores have them in their stationary section or check out any office supply type store. Use as many as you need to keep that lid on good and tight.

Re: Tub lids
Hi,
I have seen people recommend binder clips - two on each side or three for long tubs and also some people have used bungee cords.

Re: Tub lids
Must have been really loose, my tub does the same thing but my snake does not try to escape through the questionable area. How are conditions in the tub, are they favorable for the snakes well being? Could it be trying to tell you something by trying to escape two hiding spots, and a climate controlled environment?
