Where does everyone place their probe?? in the tubs or on the flexwatt?

im about to build a rack today and the rack im modeling it after uses back heat and that probe is placed to go on the heat tape, was just wondering...

is it okay for the probe to be in contact with the heat tape??

Yeah, you want it on the heat tape to adjust the power flowing to the FW.
