Last 3 clutches...
2009 Clutch #4
This clutch came from one of my nice adult Captive Hatch females that I have in the collection. I didn't do very well with my record keeping on this clutch, and I am not sure who the daddy is, guess we'll find out once they hatch. I bred my Yellowbelly to this girl for sure, but I believe my Mojo locked up with her once as well. I am only expecting 2 of these eggs to hold up through incubation but I am putting them all in, just incase they want to prove me wrong.

2009 Clutch #5
Another clutch from one of my nicer adult Captive Hatch girls bred to my Yellowbelly, just testing the waters to see if anything might be going on with any of these girls.

2009 Clutch #6
This clutch is from a fairly normal looking Captive Hatch adult female bred to my Yellowbelly and my Mojo, so again, another surprise clutch once day 60 rolls around!

I have learned so much from this season. Most importantly, the biggest lesson I learned is not to trust yourself when it comes to remembering who you paired with who. With this being my first season, I told myself I wasn't going to breed many animals and I could just remember who I paired with who, no problem. But as the season went on, I talked myself into pairing up more and more animals and I lost track of who I paired up with one or two of the first females I bred. Now I have breeding cards for all my girls, so problem is solved, but it sure is nice to get that first season out of the way to learn where you can go wrong. I still have one or two more girls that I think are going to give me clutches then I am done for 09, but I am more than satisfied with how this season went.

Congratulations on your clutchs. I hope they give you what you are hoping for And yes it can quickly get complicated who you breed to whom. Records are your friend!

Congrats Sean. It sounds like you are having a great first season. Just remember, no matter if you had a card or not, the snake in the egg is already made. I am finally convincing myself to stop candling so much, because I can't change anything anyway.

Thanks alot Tim, I really appreciate it. I candled the first clutch like crazy, pretty much til I drove myself nuts, but I have recently backed off a great deal and just letting the eggs do their thing. Thanks again Tim!
