I got one from bhb a while back for 115 shipping included. A little more expensive, but she is an amazing animal. Eats like a pig!

Check to see if you have any reptile shows locally. I have seen healthy looking normal hatchlings selling for as little as $15-20 here at the Pittsburgh show. If not, check online for reputable breeders. You should be able to find a normal in the price range you mentioned.

Just be careful where you get your ball python from, as a lot of people are just doing it for the money. I would spend a few extra bucks and get from a reputable person or if they have a local show, get one from there.

I personally would stay away from places like LLLreptile.

A great places to purchase are from Bailey & Bailey reptiles, or from Shawn or Ceila(Exotics By Nature).

Both of the above places will give you unlimited support and answer you with any kind of questions, and help you in any way they can.

If you feel like driving to San Diego, the big reptile show is going on this weekend... I was just down there 2 weeks ago, or I'd make the trip myself!

Otherwise you could check the classifieds on this site, or on kingsnake.com - http://market.kingsnake.com/index.php?cat=32

Uh, where did you hear that from??
A breeder can't make snakes aggressive like a breeder could make dogs aggressive. I don't understand your post.
