I just sold of all of my dubia today, and after a few hours boxing them up I have no idea what your talking about. Maybe a photo would help. They will molt and look albino shortly thereafter in new skin, but this is not speckeld and i doubt its what your referring to. Maybe someone else can shed some light for you.
