That's a really cool story.
I agree. I've gone through my own "down times" - though not as severe as some of the people there for treatment most likely - and I've always found comfort in caring for and interacting with my reptiles and other animals. Cleaning tanks is almost meditative, handling is fun, feeding can be interesting and exciting to watch, etc. My dogs are also a great source of comfort to me as well, of course, and I love them dearly.

It's great to read an article like that!! I saw the reviews of it, too, but you would get that sort of response anywhere. The only thing we can do is compassionately educate and not let ourselves get riled up, right?
Anyways, it's great to hear about Angel and the people she's helping.
