Heating Q....
I bought 2 used boaphiles....one ball room rack and one older model 28 quart....from 2 different people. Well, the ball room rack works great....but I got hosed on the 28 quart.........I should have known better I guess. So, now, how can I install flexwatt in the spaces so that I can still use the rack? Or, do I just eat the $200.00 (which is a big GULP right now) and try making a DIY one??????????????????????????

Re: Heating Q....
I am not familiar with this model, but I suggest trying to install back heat. If you are able to remove the back of the rack, install a long strip of 12" flexwatt to it, then re-install the back piece.

Re: Heating Q....
Thanks Eddie....I have to go home and look at the back of the rack after work.....I don't think I can remove the back though.....
So, I may just end up making a rack......For a woman, I am pretty handy (LOL took shop in hs), so I think I can build one....

Re: Heating Q....
If you do decide to build one, I highly suggest the one in this link: http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showthread.php?t=79217. I have built one so far, and love it. I did add a back piece to my rack though to hold in heat and humidity.

Go to Bailey & Bailey Reptiles site and click on their DIY section. There are step by step plans for racks

Re: Heating Q....
There is no way to just drill some holes in the back and then wire the flexwatt into each shelf and tape them down with foil tape?
