Lost BP is found - Injury Question

After being missing for a week we finally found him. He has a couple scrapes and our vet is currently closed. Any suggestions on what to do (or if a vet visit is even warranted tomorrow)?

This seems to be the only spot that is torn up, looks like it could be a scrape of some kind.

He has been moved to paper towel bedding since I took the picture. Was very thirsty when he got put back in the cage, stuck his whole head in the water and started almost blowing bubbles.

    Thanks!
    Matt

Ouch. I'd get that taken care of as soon as possible. Even if it turns out to be nothing, I wouldn't risk an infection or something. I don't think there's anything you can do until you see a vet besides the paper towels.

    Good luck!

Oh crap. That looks bad. Ive read on this forum that you can use anti bacterial ointment without pain killers and apply it. Good luck!

    Hi,

Does that have pain killers? Because that is the ingredient you cannot use I think.
