    I really need help!!!!!!!!!!

I have a sub adult red tail boa I fed her about a week and a half ago .....three days later I took her out to handle her and I went for a ride with my friend ....I wasn't paying attention for about 30 seconds and she found a hole in his door panel and I noticed when she was about half way in.....my friend freaked out and pulled over and yanked the her out of the hole ...all she had was a few scratches ...when I brought her home I put her back in the tank....the next day I put a new hiding spot in the tank....which was a bad I idea it was this tree thing but it was hollow she climbed up in there for about 4 days last night she came out so I took that hiding spot out and put the old one back in ...and today I was going to handle her and clean her tank but she keeps trying to bite me ......I hope some1 can help me with this...

getting bitten is a part of owning reptiles. Sometimes snakes have bad days and do not want to be messed with. The longer you raise your animal the more you start to understand her and can tell when she does not want to be messed with.

Feed this hungry snake! Sub adults need to be fed at least once a week.
Keep handling to a minimum for a week or two. Do not handle after feeding / at least for a 24 hr period. Better to wait two days!
Try putting a small towel over her before picking her up. Also don't take her out around alot of friends or comotion(like taking rides).

First of all, after the somewhat traumatic experience of being "ripped" out of the door, the most important thing you should do is leave the RTB in its tank for at least a week. It needs to settle down a bit. It's probably stressed an agitated after that experience. The aggressiveness should ease off a little by simply being left alone.

Next, leave your snakes at home. Don't be joy riding in the car with your snakes. Many people freak when they see a snake in public so do everyone in the reptile community and your snake a favor by leaving it at home.

And a juvie snake like you've got should be fed about once every 7 days--Not every 3 weeks.

I don't mean to come off snippy, but this could have been avoided if you would have left your snake at home rather than bringing it around with you in public.
