Re: will a baby ball python be good in a 41 quart tub?
Well it is recommended 12-15qt tubs for babies(I believe that is right) but I have 2 very small bp's in 40qt tubs and they seem to be fine! They feed, drink, and go to the bathroom. I guess the only thing to do is try it. I have 2 hides in the tubs for them one on each end to give them extra security. And my rack was homemade and closed in on all 3 sides and has a plexiglass front to try and help keep the heat and humidity in because I have used wood to build mine. I hope this helps answer your question!

a 41qt tub is too big for a baby ball, try a 15qt.

It all depend's on the snake. I have a 350 gram YB who is thriving in a 32 qt tub, and a 700 gram Hypo who I had to switch to a 12 qt tub because of feeding issue's! But I would definitely say a 41 is way too large for a small Ball.

A hatchling to a yearling will do well in a 15qt tub and then a 32qt tub would be for adults. I would only put a 2,500g+ female in a 41qt.

we tend to use the smaller tubs for our bp's when they are young. If it's what you have and can afford as long as you have two hides and a watter dish and the snake is eating then I would say you are okay if not try switching it to a smaller tub and see if that fixes any problems.

6 quart tubs are large enough and make the balls feel real comfortable

Definitly too big, but with tons of stuff like hides and water dishes you might get away with it.
