How do YOU thaw em out?

Hey all, as I am sitting here thawing some rats, I was curious; What way of thawing frozen rodents do you prefer? Over night, air or water, warm or luke, bagged or right in the water, ect? The main thing I am looking for is if you place them directly in the water, or put them in plastic baggies.

I generally fill up a tub or sink with warm water and put the rodents in a ziplock and soak.

I leave them in the baggie as you do but I put the bowl of water in the microwave before I put them into it.

Put them directly in a bowl with the hottest water the tap can give. After the water gets down to room temp I put some more hot water in to raise their body temps then feed.

I used to put them in ziplock bags but I like this way much better.

I drop them straight into very hot water (not scalding) straight from the freezer. Let them thaw for a bit.Lay them on paper towels then I put a container of water in the microwave then grasp the rat with the hemos, dunk the head in hot water and feed. Quick and simple.

I leave mine in the bag I freeze them in, then put them in the sink with the hottest tap water, let them thaw. then make sure they are dry and warm, then feed.

I put it in a ziploc bag and toss it in the sink filled with hot water. Then as the water cools I drain it and fill it about 2 more times with hot water. Then feed my boy.

I put mine in boiling water, add potatoes carrots, and one clove of garlic, i then put it on a low heat. I add 1/4 teaspoon of cumin and coriander...wait 15 minutes, remove from stove, add the parsley...and use salt and pepper to taste...
