    Wiring Thermostats, Difficulty Level?

Has anyone wired the ranco or johnson t-stat available on reptilebasics for 60$? I'd love to save the 20$ and wire it myself but I have little to no experience with that kind of thing. Would a competent noob be able to figure it out or should I just have them do it for me?

    Thanks,
    Dennis

I wired mine. It's very very easy if you follow these instructions..

Just remember -- you're saving $20, but you still have to go out and buy an extension cord and powerstrip to wire into the thermostat.
