    Question cloudy eyes

    just wondering what would make my BP have cloudy eyes? is this an early sign of a shed?

    Yes...the cloudy eyes will go away, and then the snake should shed a few days later.

    Also, some snakes won't eat and don't like to be handled during this phase -- they basically can't see.

    Cloudy eyes are, indeed, a sign of an impending shed. Get the humidity in the enclosure up to around 70% to help the shed go well. Mine girl didn't mind being held at all during that phase of her shed but every snake has it's own personality. Good luck with the shed!
