Suggestions for Exo-tera Maya Rainforest habitat

Ok, I bought one of these thinking I would set up a dart frog terrarium but now I am thinking I might want to do something different? Any suggestions? The habitat measures 18"x18"x24".

    Are you doing it planted?

Are you looking for other potential frog species?

    Snakes?

    Geckos?

    The possibilities are endless!

How about a really nice planted enclosure with one of the small leaftail species? (I only suggest it as I'm on a huge leaftail kick these days.)

I was thinking about doing it planted. I don't think there are many snakes that I could keep in there because of the dimensions. I am not familiar with the leaftails so I will have to look them up.

Some type of day gecko is actually a really cool idea if you want a really nice display tank with an animal that is going to be out and active during daylight hours.

Would the dimensions work for something like a crested gecko?

Definitely! A crested gecko would be more than comfortable in an enclosure that size...

You could also do a gargoyle gecko as well (cousin of the crested gecko that gets bigger).

Would it be better to just have one or could I do more than one? Also, if I went the crested route should I go and ahead and plant the way I would have for the dart frogs?
