asf-bp feeding and a name question

ok I have started to feed of the one tank of my asf that no showing any signs of breeding ( other tanks got pups all over thetnaks) and i think I came ot a realization. I was only offering 1 adult sized asf to my snakes and over the 3 months I seen a wieght decreas in the snakes ( over 1200 grams ) I am guessing that it takes at least 2 asf to make a meal worth while for the larger snakes. I had one that was weighting in about 1600 grams and she now down to about 1300grams. sh was eating small rats/weaned pups I know that some weight lose would be from the fact that she not poo in as large or as often on the asf but I know she always more active hungry acting

so I am wondering those that offer asf to your larger asnakes on how many you offer them. I am curently up to 2 and i give them a few days apart I know they will take take rats if I offer them again ( outside my one that prefers it food alive as most the rats of feeding size are frozen .. )

I am gonig to ask this also instead of making a second post. I have a rescue ( from xmas time) and I was lookign at her today and seen what could be consider a key shape in her patterns. I was wondering on some goot key names for her ( as in other languages or related areas) as i not sure of any japanexe anime related names to use ..

Re: asf-bp feeding and a name question

I would feed what's equivalent to 10-15% of their body weight, so 2-3 ASF's.

And for the name "chiave", key in italian.
