hit up google for some care sheets, corns are great and quite easy to take care of.
They should not be housed together, and as I understand it even during breeding they are not kept long together(not even an entire day from the little I have read) as copulating usually happens pretty quickly after introducing a pair together if they are in the mood.

Re: hey guys..just got my first corn..need some info.
Ours is in a XL critter carrier ( 8 gallons. He is about 16 inches long and very tiny, so right now, he's good in the carrier) We have aspen bedding, a hide, and a water bowl. We have the UTH on the side instead of under the tank (followed directions) He tends to really only use it when digesting food. His new tank will have some perches for him to climb on, but we rarely see him. He's always in the hide or under the substrate. They don't need lights over the tank.
He has had his first shed and is GORGEOUS!
He eats 2 pinkie mice 4 days a week. I do remove him to feed him, but only because he is an aggressive feeder and the type of substrate we use, I'm afraid he would ingest the substrate with the food.
I don't use any spray for humidity like our ball, just normal humidity is fine for them.
I don't think they can be housed together unless you are breeding, however these were all together at the pet store (I think he had 15 babies together)
Here's the BP.net caresheet

Good luck!

I assume that was a sort of typo, but just to avoid any confusion, snakes should not be fed anywhere near as often as 4 days/wk. For young corns, once every 5-7 days is good.

I feed my adults once a week (mostly... some of the larger ones, especially males get fed every 10-14 days depending on their size). For all of my corns I stop at large mice prey size wise.
And a good rule of thumb for breeding is 3yrs/3 ft/300g. This is just a guideline though, it can be bent, but is a good place to start, especially if you're just starting out. And post up a pic, we can definitely identify him.

Hey congrats on the corn. Very cool snakes. I feed my adults every 7 to ten days. If you like feeding days you will love feeding your corn. I have a monster that will kill and eat anything, and not always in that order! It's like a wild cage match. Very handy when you have a stressted rat on your hands. If I have a BP refuse a rat one week I just toss it in with him.

Congrats, corns are great snakes. Mine are complete disposals. They never miss a feeding, including while in shed. I don't plan on breeding, so not up on that info. I feed them every 7 days or so...depending on the size of last meal.
