I'm so exited, I had to share. I just weighted our female spider and was pleasantly surprised to see she is FINALLY over 1000 grams! We purchased her over a year ago at 750g. She was on F/T adult mice. We were told she would take a least two per meal but she would only take one at a time if she felt like eating. We tried live rat pups, f/t small rats, & live small rats. She finally started taking live adult mice but they were always on the small side. After about a year of small meals and fasting she still remained around 750 grams. That's when we discovered the miracle called African soft furred rats this past February. I was afraid to get her started on them before cause I didn't know if the supply was reliable. She has been eating now EVERY week and she is now 1040 grams!! Now I hope I didn't jinx myself
