little line?
it looks like my bp has a line on his jaw under neath it, is it normal?

All bp's have this, its a fold in the skin because their lower jaw is split to allow for swallowing their prey.

In the middle?
It's a patch of very elastic skin - you can see it clearly when they are eating a big meal and on a shed skin.
