    I'm SO Confused! HELP!

Okay so I had been pairing my males and females since the season started and she began showing "the" signs. She was laying inverted, soaking, all that stuff but was still eating. Then NOTHING happened. Now I caught her laying inverted again, she went off feed(I even offered her live and she NEVER refuses live.) And now I see this. Could this be the real thing?

I'm sorry that I can't help answer your questions...I have no personal experience with breeding. I just HAD to say...that is a gorgeous animal! Good luck with her and may she bless you with a pile of beautiful, healthy eggs!

    Re: I'm SO Confused! HELP!

I would keep pairing. Girls do not always go every year, no one really knows why. I have a beautiful mojave girl that I REALLY want to go, but it's not looking too good. She was locked with my mojo boy just yesterday, but I think it is a lost cause, I don't really feel any follicles.

I'm sure the ones that are not going to go will start eating pretty soon and I'll quit pairing them up and wait for next fall....

    Hope that helps!!

wait a second. that girl in the picture isn't the one you are trying to breed is it???? THAT thing looks like it is WAY to small to be breeding!!!!!!

how much does she weigh? can you put a soda can or something similar in with her and take a picture so we have a size reference?

Yeah you want her at least 1500g, she should be plenty large enough come Oct.
