    Very worried...looking for help.

Hey all, since I got my JCP she has had a lump in her belly closer toward the front of her body. At first I though it was a prey item but now i'm not totally sure. It seems to have gotten bigger. Now, I fed her a few days ago so I guess there is still a chance it is a new prey item. I just didn't think the lump would be so far up in her stomach and stay there that long.

Here are a few pics (I tried my best to show the lump):

Also, even since I got her she has spent all her time hiding. This is probably normal but I'm just trying to give a little background info. I got her about a week and a half ago.

If anyone could help me out I would really appreciate it.

If it's not gone by monday I'd go see a Vet. I'm thinking there may be some heart stuff going on there.

    Good luck.
I may not be very smart, but what if I am?

Don't know if it'll be fatal. Like I said, if it doesn't go down A LOT by monday, to the Vet you should go.

thank you all. Im going to have a talk with the petstore and see if a switch out can be arranged. I just don't have the money to deal with a sick snake.

    Poor girl.

If it's a pet store snake I would ABSODAMNLUTELY return it NOW.

    Don't wait until tomorrow.

I thought you had gotten it from a breeder who may have not noticed, though I was skeptical about that as well, the swelling and sent it off to you anyway.

    Return it.

Maybe, return the snake and buy from a reputable breeder?

Good luck on the return. Poor little guy.
