    female pastel finally ate

I was finally able to get my female pastel to eat. I tried putting a live rat pinky in her cage all night. And I woke up the other morning to no pinky

Oh and I have one question.... I have a female mojo coming in in two weeks and she is around 1200g's and the person I am getting her from feeds her one small rat a week and I want to try to get her a a good amount over 1500 by september'ish and was just wondering if it would be bad for her if I started feeding her every 5 or 6 days rather than a week. Or if I could just feed her two small rats instead of just one(and yes she can definitely handle 2 small rats, and no I'm not trying to power feed) Any help would be appreciated

    Thank you

    Re: female pastel finally ate

I have all my bp's on a 5 day schedule.....I wouldnt consider that power-feeding as long as you are at appropriate prey weight........Once breeding weight etc I will switch to 7days and progress longer from there as indicated.
