I'm not sure I understand the question - is it something specific you are looking for about, say, bumblebees or do you mean the basic concepts about the genetics?
For the basics we have a nice sticky here and there is a very good page on NERDS site with links to great articles. And of course there is also an excellent page on markus jayne's site.
For the specific morphs there is always NERDS morph list or the search engine here.
If it doesn't seem the info is out there then pop a thread up and hopefully someone can help.
