I was just wondering...does Fish/Wildlife not have any sort of say or pull in any of the legislation that involves them or are they just good little soldiers who do what they are told?
They, someone there, must be looking at HR669 and shaking their head? It's pretty obvious they don't have the resources to do what is going to be asked of them, surely they have tumbled and can...what? Didn't anyone go to them for advice or suggestion before coming up with this wonderful plan? Did the Secretary just nod and say yes?
