    Hide box idea

So I've been getting pretty bored in my spare time lately and I've been thinking if there is a way to make hide boxes as a small money making hobby.

The idea is that I would use mostly recycled materials to make realistic hides, similar to those in that one sticky, except these would be plastic. They would be waterproof, durable, easy to wash, and eco friendly

Think there's a market for this?

Also, not sure if this is the right forum...

I was thinking about doing something similar with air suctioned polystyrene sheets.

I think people would purchase home-made hides if they were inexpensive, durable, and really awesome looking

A lot of people would love them if they were great for the BP, and looked good in the enclosure. The ones I got from Petco are made of resin and look like rocks. My BP has been a VERY happy camper inside them, SO MUCH BETTER than that half log hide that I had for her in the beginning....
You want me to share a cage with what?

ya, i was thinking they would end up with that rock-like spray paint, but would have a waterproof covering on top of that. the material the hides would be made out of would be recycled plastic grocery bags. maybe when i move into a new place i'll try some prototyping...
