    Re: Mites!!!

You need to get PAM (Provent a mite) it will eradicates mites at all stages of development http://www.pro-products.com/index.ph...d=53&Itemid=59

Other products found in pet stores will not treat all stages of development which will lead to re-infestation.

    Re: Mites!!!

    Hi,

Remember to check around his eyes and in his nostrils and heatpits to see if you can see any more mites.

If you do a tiny spot of dish soap in a container with warm water (around 85f ) can help drown some of the little beggars.

Keep the water shallow (about half way up his body is safest ) and never leave him unattended in it - we had someone lose their BP while soaking unattended.

You can rub him down with damp paer towels to get some of them as well if he really hates the bath idea.

Once the Provent a mite arrives remember it is vital to follow the instructions exactly to keep everythin safe.
