    Thumbs up Auld time pics

    Some photo's I picked up at the weekend of Larne Harbour, a port from which many Irish folk set sail for more prosperous shores in America.

    I love collecting and looking at old pics, especially pics from where you come from. I'm sure some of you will appreciate them as well.









    And the wee pub that used to be on our Main Street, to which the trains would have run for the harbour up the back of the pub. Sadly this wee pub closed for business about six years ago

    my grandparents always had old pictures all over their house of the town I grew up in... so cool to see how much its changed, yet how much is still the same...

    My town is very much the same but as you say it's great to see how quickly places change in such a short space of time
