You should, not because I think this will happen ... but it can happen. Just make sure that your PC is updated, run OS update ASAP ... but you should be doing that anyway.
The bug does exists, but it was patched 2 years ago .. so if it does hit people, it will only hit those that are not doing their regualr updating anyway.

I tend to be "Ahead of the curve" compared to most people when it comes to computers, again not going to buy into it. I haven't had virus/spy-ware/ad-ware issues in 5 years, doesn't take much just use a little common sense when using the internet.

Any OS that has more than 20% market share is going to be attacked.  I like Linux, but it really irks me when people say stuff like that, it's just plain ignorant.

I have never had any virus problems with linux and my OS gets updated every week.

You completely ignored the context of my post. I never said that Linux gets attacked, I explained why Windows does. Microsoft has about 88% Market share...
If you're going to attack something it's going to be whatever the biggest one is.
