For our rats, the staple is Mazuri 6f. I went through one bag of 9f and didn't notice much a difference, but I think I am going to switch back next bag and try it again. I recently picked up a couple bags of 23% Kent Rodent Diet to try with nursing/preggo moms. I also feed the Kent to our ASF's and roaches.
