And you find out later by the smell.
My corn did this recently. He is usually a great eater, and I looked around for the mouse after I fed him; didn't see it so assumed he'd eaten it... Well, I have a PVC pipe connector piece that I have in there for him to climb on. He somehow managed to get the mouse UNDERNEATH THE PVC where I couldn't see it... How he did that I have no idea. Needless to say, rotting rodents make me want to!! Snake poop smells like roses compared to THAT... Has this ever happened to you?
