If a juvie isn't eating, yes you should be worried.
What kind of hides are you using? How many?
What are your temps and how are you measuring them?
What is your heat source and how are you controlling it?
What have you tried so far (feeding methods)?
Is the tub in a high traffic area?

Oh, I suppose it's worth asking. What was he eating before, and what have you offered?

Re: help please need some advice
Have you spoken to his breeder to find out what he was eating before, what method of feeding was successful for him and so forth?

Offer him a live fuzzy once a week. Be patient as well . I don't suggest stunning, it's cruel and unnecessary.
Have you pre scented at all, cant really stick a rat in his face and expect him to eat.

what do you mean by pre scenting?

Re: help please need some advice
pre scenting is leaving the rat or mice in the room for 30-45 min before you try and feed. It allows them to get the scent of the food and realize their is food coming...
One time is all it takes.

Well, I leave the rodents to thaw in my room all day, and then right before I blow dry them. That really gets the scent going.
