    Nest boxes

Do you set up nest boxes or let her lay eggs on whatever substrate she is on? If you do set up a nest how do you do it and how long after pre lay shed?
    Thanks,
    Marty

    Re: Nest boxes

I think with most people using racks, there isn't very much room for a nest box. I just give mine some cypress after they ovulate and they make their on nest.

Thanks for the reply! I am surprised as many people looked at this and no one else had left a comment.

    Re: Nest boxes

didn't use any nesting stuff myself. She was in a rack with newspaper for substrate. didn't do anything out of the ordinary. I think that really the only time you need a nest is when they aren't in a rack...
