    BP breeding questions

Hi! I'm new here, I'm here to solve a little problem on my breeding. Now, I have a female which 'locked' with a male, after that, she increased 700 grams above, then she did pre-lay shed and I didn't give her any food also she didn't excrete, the size seems became smaller than before pre-lay shed, so I thought this time didn't success, then I put them together again, but the female don't want to 'lock', now she is resting in the nest without appetite. I did cool down and has a heat pad somewhere, this is the second week after pre-lay shed, so my question is why her size became smaller after pre-lay shed? Is this a signal of 'fake pregnant'? Thanks!! Please help!!

I watched one of my females ovalate and shed then she did seem to look smaller and I was second guessing that she did ovalate, but she laid 6 eggs right on time.
