    How to lower the humidity???

My ball python "Chloe" just shed and the humidity was about 80% and now im trying to lower it, how can i do that, the humidity in the enclosure is 40% but in her hides it is 80% still. What can i do??? Im using eco earth forest bedding blend with some repti bark mixed in also. What are my options and she is wheezing and i think it is from the high humidity, so what now???

Take out the eco earth, that stuff is what is making your humidity too high. Try switching it with aspen or plain old paper towels.
If you need to up the humidity for shedding, try using damp sphagnum moss inside the hot hide or in a little bowl by the hide.
