Finally took pics of my new Pastel girlie (DUW)

i picked this little girl up at the Tampa show a couple of weeks ago from Mike Cole. She is in QT but i couldn't resist snapping some pics and showing her off. She became snippy so i had to cut it short. I managed to get some good ones in though.

i didn't like these dirty pastels until i was able to see one in person. now i think she is prettier than the smooth ones. personal preference









I snapped this one of my juvie norm first what with her being in QT and all. This little guy is usually the worst picture taker but he decided to play peek-a-boo tonight. I couldn't resist. I am hoping with his lighter shade that he will make some pretty babies with her in a few years.

it's so hard to wait, isn't it? it almost killed me to wait 3 months for the show. i felt like i had to wait cause it was my first show and i had not seen so many of these in person and i didn't know what i wanted. i figured i could always buy online but i needed to see these guys before i knew what i really wanted. and of course, i fell in love. she is my first female. it's kinda neat too cause she does all the things that a ball python is supposed to do. she balls up & she stays hidden. it's funny cause my other two male normals are more like dogs. they want to crawl all over me and wrap around my neck. they never curl into a ball. this little girl is something special, lol. at least to me.
