Arrow How to attach thermostat probe to UTH?

What do you use to attach a thermostat probe to a UTH? Do you tape the probe with duct tape or aluminum foil tape? Do you tape over the probe so it's pressed tight on the UTH? Another way?

    Thanks, JohnNJ

I tape it with aluminium foil tape and it is tight.

Since there is temp fluctuation across the UTH I presume it is best to position the probe on the hottest spot. Is this correct?
