    Biak Chondro (PICS!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Well i have these pics hidden away in another thread so i thought id make one just for the pics. I got him sunday of craigslist, he had stuck shed all over him but most of it is off now. I've tried to get him onto a smaller perch but he wont come off the one he is on and he is super aggressive so ill let him come off when he feels like it. He has already eaten and pooped for me so im super happy!!! Enjoy!!! I cant take my eyes off him!!!

    Im gonna bite you!!!

Be very careful with the tail tips. It can actually be so bad that it will cut circulation off and the end of the tail will fall. (At least, I've heard that. Someone with more experience should chime in to confirm or call bluff.) If he's too agressive to move just get him by the back of the head gently. They usually go into submission. Green trees really like Y shaped branches. They usually pic the smallest one when offered a choice. I offer my big guy several choices going from 1/4 inch pvc to 3/4 inch. He tends to stick on the 1/4 or 1/2 inch pieces. I've even flipped the tub around and he still perfers those. Any questions feel free to ask. I suggest getting "The More Complete Chondro" for Maxwell.

Sorry about any grammer errors, typing from work quickly, and without foxFire spell check.

I already ordered the book. Should be here tomorrow!!! I put on gloves this morning and tried to get him off but he wouldnt let go. He is so so aggressive, bit the glove about 5 or 6 times.

There is still shed on the last 1/4 inch of his tail, everynight more and more comes off as he explorers

Glad your snake is doing OK.

I've never kept Chondros and don't know that much about them, but if I were in the animal's position (not anthropomorphizing) I would not like to be pulled off my only comfortable spot.

Leave the snake on its perch for a while and just leave it alone, apart from spraying it, for a week, maybe more.

    Then see how it goes.

    PS. Snake hooks are great.

I'm jealous of you. I'm saving money to buy a chondro in a year or two, but they're just so beautiful. I love the colors on yours!
