    what light?

Right now I have a standard reptile daylight bulb. My bedroom has no windows so it is ALWAYS dark in there even in the day with the door open, unless I have my light on. I like thelight but feel like it might be too bright for him or something? I was thinking about switching to a red light, but saw that they can't see that spectrum of color, and was thinking would that mean he won't know it is daytime? Won't it be like he is still in the dark, should I just keep my current light?

You can get a red light for night time. You could also just leave the room light on during the day?
