    Surprise surprise!

My pastel female, laid 6 eggs yesterday. She was bred to my bee. Stupid me didn't even have the incubator running. I raised the humidity in her tub and left them in there with her for a day while the incubator heated up...

I knew she was gravid, but didn't see her ovulate and she wasn't laying in nice tight circles... Goofy girl...

She is one of my more curious snakes and actually came out to visit with me on Saturday. (I open the tub and she comes out on her own...)

She did kick out one egg, so we will she if it is fertile....

I was kinda freaked out about that loose egg and getting the incubator running. I forgot to take pictures... The loose egg was 96gm and the 5 egg pile was 496gm. My little flash light is dead, so I wasn't able to candle them yet.

I do have a picture of mom and dad ( most likely the dad.... I did put a black pastel in with her once)
