    too late to breed?

I know the breeding season is in full swing right now. My cinnie girl is finally over 1200g. Is it too late or should I wait for next season? Thanx.

    Re: too late to breed?

Heck Doris, Mike and I are barely into this breeding season yet (that would be the snakes not me and Mike LOL). From what I've seen the past couple of years many breeders are having decent results breeding all year long.

If you feel she's ready to go, try her. If she goes, she goes.

Doris, I forgot to mention I have two males in with the ladies today. I just peeked in on them and well, they don't seem to mind that it's March if you catch my drift.

I'll forgive anyone anything if they just would hand me a really good cup of coffee!!!!!!

Oh and Doris dear, turnabout is fair play. I could have posted in response to your thread titled "too late to breed" something like....

Doris what you do in your private life is your business!

    or

I don't know dear, do you think you're too old?

    LOL

Yeah, go for it. I had a girl I was waiting until she put some more weight on that I didn't start pairing until about a month ago.
