    Woot!

I think that they're starting to eat again, well, three of are at least. Our newest big female hasn't taken yet but we got her right before the season started. At any rate, I'm excited! I also ran into a local breeder at our Pets and Ponds. He invited me over to check out his setup and maybe help him out with his hopeful clutches. I'm really stoked about it.

I've got one that will only eat white with red eyes! The three, Lucifer, Cruella, and Herbie, are fairly aggressive eaters. Not so sure about Lillith yet!

The female (Lillith) we just got is four years old and supposedly a proven breeder. I can't wait until next year so I can try my hand at breeding. I've got a lot to learn in the next seven months though! And hopefully I'll find myself with a male spider too. I have wanted one so bad for what seems like ages!

i think mine has shaken the preference so im happy. also i think the mouse i got to day was a little bit mentally retarded i dint even move for about 3 hours. i thought it died for unknown reasons then i poked it and it twitched so i put it in the enclosure, it walked right up to him and was promptly constricted since it was in his face.

lol, those are my favorite situations. "Whats that?!" "OH CRAP!"

I ended up with a mouse that was missing a leg actually..

It was their first feeding in their new enclosures. The Vision V211's, I'm really having a good experience with them, holding temp and humidity like gold.

ive never had any dismembered limbs in feeding but i have had an eyeball pop out and huts squeezed out the rear of the mouse. my BP strikes HARD like a maniac.

Man.. my wife would freak out if an eyeball popped out! I'm really anxious to see how Lillith strikes.. She is larger than the others.. I'll get measurements and pictures up after this shed is over.

    Re: Woot!

Good deal, my large female fed today. I'm so glad that I can stop waiting for her to.. however.. I don't want to see the mess in her cage when she turns it into defecation station.
