    Smile Picky Eater? Bah Humbug.

So, we got this '08 Albino last Tuesday. Owner said she's a picky eater and hasn't eaten for a month. Hah! She ate today! I wasn't planning on feeding her until Sunday (her previous owner's feeding schedule) but all the other snakes were getting fed, so I figured I'll give her a shot! I dropped an ASF and 1 minute 36 seconds later WHAM!

I AM SUPER HAPPY! I know, it's only the first time. We'll see if she keeps this up.

Amazing how proper housing affects how a ball python feeds, huh? Congrats!

Well, too soon to tell really. But, I can't help but pat myself on the back regardless. I was a little worried about that girl! I was gonna use her non-feeding to wag my finger at the hubby and say, "I told you we shouldn't get a snake on the spur of the moment!"... i guess i got shut down on that one.

Okay, definitely did something good for this snake... She ate again TODAY! WOO-TEE-WOO!

And another thing - she's been a hide-lady. She's always on either one of her hides. But, last night, I had to work very late so I checked up on the snakeys at around 3AM and she was sitting on top of her log. She wasn't cruising or anything. Just sitting there chill as a pill. I LOVE THIS GAL!
