where is the tstat probe located on the rack? I would solder a hole into an empty tub, put the tstat probe in the back of that tub, the temps should bump up and you would need to set the temp lower on the tstat. Or try the probe directly on the heat tape towards the middle of the rack. I find that placing the probe inside of an empty tub works best, especially with the herpstat tstat. Hope this helps.

I have to set my T-Stat at somewhere between 105 and 107 to get 91 degrees on the floor of the warm end.

What is the temperature of the room that the rack is in? Do you have tubs in the rack? When I pull tubs out of my rack, my temps plummet quick.

Ah, now I get what you're saying. I use HerpStats, so I'm not familiar with your model of T-Stat.

    Re: thermostat

if your rack is back heated typically you dont tape the probe on the flexwatt.
it would be taped usually about 1' from the actual tape. on belly heat you want the flexwatt right on the heat tape
