    So happy!!!

I just wanted to share that my BP finally ate tonight! Silly, I know...but my worry-wart boyfriend was freaked out that he wouldn't eat before.

Fed him in his tank, F/T...he missed it the first time and kind of scared himself. So I dropped it in front of his hide and left the room...came back a little while later and he was happily digesting his meal.

After reading a lot here, I decided to pre-scent the room (which I didn't do last time) and it sure made a world of difference.

thats good news, i always have to present with F/T, another trick i use is getting almost boiling water, dip the F/T in it and then dangle it in my BP's face about 4-6 inches away. seems to do the trick as well when getting him to eat prekill'd

never have a problem with live though.

I know how you feel! Mine just ate yesterday 2 live rat pups. They are really young so I figure they would be a safer option to get him eating as I can leave him alone with them w/o fearing he'll get hurt.
    Too many pets to list!
