    RI: Mucas color?

ok, well some of you may know I recently picked up a couple of normal females and discovered they both had RI's. Well I've had them to the vet and they are on Baytril inj. When I first noticed the mucus it looked thick and yellowish in color. after a few injections I've noticed that the mucus is now rather thin and clear. Is this a sign of it clearing up? The reason I'm asking is because I want to call the vet and update them on how they are doing and would like to know if I should tell him it's starting to clear up a little or that there hasn't been a change. Thanks

Sorry for the misspelling of "mucus" in the title
